The KFG is a vacuum foam gripper that can be used as a single gripper on robots as well as on cobots, or combined into an end-of-arm tool (EOAT) for use with industrial robots. Its foam surface offers the versatility to pick a variety of different products without adjustment. Its modular design provides the flexibility for fast and easy set-up in case of product changes as well as simple integration with existing equipment. Available in round or rectangular format with flow restriction, check valve or bag gripping technology, the KFG offers a stable and rigid grip even on uneven, rough, structured or textured surfaces and can be used to pick up objects of porous or non-porous materials.

•  Available in three different versions: valve gripper, flow restriction gripper or flexi bag gripper.
•  The flow restriction version contains calibrated orifice adjustment, can rotate up to 360°, is thin and lightweight and enables high speed applications.
•  The valve version contains auto-regulated check valves and can handle a single product not covering the full surface or complete product layers, it is not sensitive to dust and can rotate up to 80°.

•  The bag gripper can be configured with a normal frame for soft bags or an additional frame for heavy bags filled with liquids.
•  The KFG can be used in centralized and decentralized vacuum systems.
•  Plug&Play solution with UR cap for UR cobots.
•  Round foam version: Offered with a diameter of 80mm and 100mm.
•  Rectangular foam version: Offered with a dimension of 80mm x 80mm and 120mm x 120mm.
